Eight services, one crew, one number to call
Lawn care that keeps a yard, and landscaping that makes one. Every service has its own page with what it covers, what it does not, and what it usually costs, because we would rather you knew before you called.
Weekly mow, edge, trim and blow, on a flat monthly price. The same crew, the same day, all season.
A six-step program timed to Charlotte's seasons, licensed applicators, and pre-emergent before the crabgrass, not after.
Core aeration and seed at the one time of year fescue will actually take. The most important six weeks in a Charlotte lawn's year.
Foundation beds, front-yard makeovers and full plans. Plants chosen for your light, your soil and how much you actually want to garden.
Paver patios, walkways, fire pits and walls. The part you never see, the compacted base, is the part we spend the most time on.
Double-shredded hardwood or long-needle pine straw, beds edged first, spread by hand at the right depth.
The full reset: leaves out, beds cut back, shrubs shaped, everything hauled. Willow oaks drop until January and we know it.
French drains, downspout extensions, dry creek beds and regrading. Most dead lawns in Charlotte are drainage problems wearing a disguise.
Weekly lawn care on a flat monthly price. Published, not hidden.

Questions, answered
How much does lawn care cost in Charlotte?
The Loblolly Lawn Plan starts at $175 a month for weekly mowing, edging and trimming on a lot up to a quarter acre, billed flat across the year. Plus, which adds beds, shrubs and cleanups, starts at $265, and Complete, which adds the fertilization program and fall aeration, at $345. Bigger lots are walked and quoted. Nobody else in Charlotte prints these numbers; we think you should be able to see them before you call.
Do you know what kind of grass I have?
We will after the walk-through, and it is the first thing we check. Charlotte grows cool-season fescue and warm-season Bermuda and Zoysia in the same neighborhoods, and they want opposite things at opposite times of year. Most of the tired lawns we see were being treated as the wrong grass.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and we print the numbers: North Carolina Landscape Contractor #2418 and North Carolina Pesticide Applicator #027-11342, plus South Carolina applicator credentials for Fort Mill and Tega Cay. General liability and workers' comp are current and we will send you the certificate.
Will it be the same crew every week?
Yes. Routes are built by neighborhood, so the same two or three people are on your street every week. They notice when something changes, which is how a problem gets caught in June instead of August.
Not sure which one you need?
Pick 'Not sure yet' on the form and we'll work it out on the walk-through.
